We plan and design spaces within a home- weather is a house, townhouse, condo, apartment or any type of residence. Our job is to survey the homeowner about their specific needs and wants, and to help them finish the space to be both functional and beautiful while incorporating their individual style.
We create interior designs for professional work places from small office spaces,work rooms, boardrooms, to large-scale spaces inside corporations in high rise buildings.We work with corporate clients to create professional, efficient, functional, safe for employees yet very tasteful environments.
Well-designed interior spaces are essential for any business. The layout and flow of a retail space or a restaurant is critical to the experience of both clients and employees, witch directly impacts the long-term success of the business. We interpret how a commercial organization's business model, brand, and priorities will shape the design of the space. We listen to the client to understand their preferences and needs related to function, layout and decor.
To me, good design realises the potential of any space. It involves considered choices teamed with a sense of bravery. As a designer, I have a strong understanding of how interiors come together, from the architecture of a space to the furniture and soft furnishings that fill it. Colour palette, material choice and finishes are all equally important – each element is essential to creating one cohesive look that is both resolved and innovative. On a personal level, I have an immense appreciation for a range of design styles. For me, spaces truly work when balance is created through contrast. They should tell a story about the people who inhabit them. I’ve been fortunate enough to have had a career in Fashion at a young age and to be able to travel around the world. Visiting different places and experiencing different cultures was my first inspiration for design. My initial industry experience was in styling for interior and lifestyle magazines when I was a Style Editor of Home Magazine in Malibu California, which I maintain a passion for today. Since than I have committed fully to the world of design and decor. This is an industry that I truly love. and with many years of experience under my belt, where I built a comprehensive portfolio that displays my ability to create beautiful spaces. As an interior designer, I am required to design ultimately for my clients. This flexibility, along with an ever-changing industry has given me a sense of creative freedom. Today, contemporary design has to encompass several key issues: financial, social and importantly, environmental points of view, all of which need to be addressed by client and designer, together.
In phase 1 we discuss what the client needs and build a concept based around the client’s ideas and their goals
Once concept is accepted we move on to phase 2, the design and layout portion of the project.
After design and complete satisfaction from the client we move on to our last phase of development, the execution of the project.
We offer construction, electric and plumbing plans, lighting concept and design, kitchen and bathroom design, custom carpentry design, as well as selection of all furnishings and decor elements. We also provide home staging for real estate agents, developers and private sellers, to make the property ready to sell or rent. While guides by the strong belief that a well designed home improves quality of life, and would love to take your dreams and bring them to reality.
